1.Who handles refunds

In short

You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of it, no reason needed. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes every refund.

PriceRules is provided by Mohamed Ali Sraieb, an individual sole trader based in Tunisia. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle charges you, issues your receipt and processes refunds. This policy is what we have agreed with Paddle to offer you. It sits alongside Paddle's own refund policyand doesn't reduce any right you have under it or under the law.

2.14-day refund on every payment

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. That covers:

  • your first payment for a paid plan;
  • a monthly or yearly renewal;
  • a payment for upgrading or changing your plan.

You don't need to give a reason. When we refund a payment, the plan it paid for ends: the subscription is canceled and the workspace moves to the Freeplan. Your products, customers, rules and API keys aren't deleted.

3.After 14 days

After 14 days a payment isn't normally refunded. We will still refund it, in full or in part, if:

  • the law requires it;
  • the Service didn't work as described and we couldn't fix it after you told us;
  • we materially reduced your paid plan and you canceled because of it (Terms, section 13);
  • you were charged by mistake, for example after you canceled or deleted your account.

4.Cancelling, switching plans and deleting your account

  • Cancellingstops future payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund that period by itself; within 14 days of the payment, you can still ask for a refund.
  • Switching to a cheaper plan or periodturns the unused part of your payment into credit on your account, used for your next payments. Credit isn't paid out in cash.
  • Deleting your accountcancels your subscription immediately, so you're never charged again. It doesn't refund the time left automatically. Within 14 days of the payment, you can still ask.

5.How to ask for a refund

  • Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and choose "Request refund". The link in your Paddle receipt leads there too.
  • Or email hello@pricerules.appfrom the address you paid with, including the date or invoice number. We'll pass it to Paddle.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, including the tax you paid. They usually arrive within 14 days of approval, depending on your bank.

6.Statutory rights

PriceRules is for businesses. If the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase or another right to a refund (for example the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers), it applies in addition to this policy.

7.Misuse

Paddle may refuse a refund when it finds fraud or repeated abuse of refunds.

8.Contact

Questions about a payment or refund: hello@pricerules.app. Billing questions can also go to Paddle through paddle.net.
